Please resolve my query
Whether Revised Returns filed after 31st December can be considered by MVAT Auditor for audit.

Acording to me under the MVAT regim even the returns during assessment proceedings are considered valid. There is no bar on filling return after due date.
I'am told by some senior speakers at VAT Seminar at Mumbai that you can consider rev return filed after 31/12.
So in my opinion you can.
