Dear Sir,
Please give the service tax revised return due date for the period from 01.04.11 to 31.03.12.
I had submit the ST-3 return as on 20th april 2012.
Please give the revised return due date.

The return for service tax is to be filed half yearly(Rule 7) and it can be revised within 90 days from the date of submission of return Rule 7B).

FOR THE FIRST HALF YEAR (APRIL 11 TO SEP 11) THE DUE DATE IS 25TH OCT 11 AND FOR THE SECOND HALF YEAR OCT 11 TO MARCH 12, IT IS 25TH APRIL 12
REVISED RETURN IS 90 DAYS FROM 25TH OCT 11 AND FROM 25TH APRIL 12.
IN THE CASE OF FIRST HALF YEAR, THE DEPARTMENT EXTENDED THE DATE UPTO 26TH DEC 11 FOR ONLINE PURPOSE. THIS IS A SPECIAL CASE
