Can a Compliance certificate which is already filed with ROC be altered relating to Board Meeting Dates? If yes, what is the procedure for it?

I think, if the Compliance Certificate is signed by PCS then it can not be changed later.
But Act is silent about this to modified them. So you can filed revised Form-66, if possible.
