PLEASE GUIDE ME ABOUT THE TIME LIMIT FOR REVISE RETURN IF ORIGINAL RETURN IS LATE FILLED AND ALSO IT IS BEING PROCESSED.
E.G. THE RETURN HAS BEEN FILE ON 1/9/2015 FOR A.Y. 2014-15.

If the return is filed belatedly u/s.139(4), you cannot revise the same. you have to wait any scrutiny or assessment notice or intimation u/s/143 only
