Sir can we revise a return after respond to 139(9) defective return.???

No, can't revise because there is no valid original return since the filed return is marked defective.

so what I do sir...bcoz I want to correct my return ...I already submit response to defective return. even then there is a problem....

You cannot revise a return that has been marked as defective under Section 139(9) unless you successfully correct the defect within the allowed time and your return is then treated as a valid return by the Income Tax Department.
