Can Reverse Charge And abatement both are apply together.

Yes,its possible.In case of GTA service where in certain cases reverse charge is applicable as per Notification no.30/2012 Serial No.2 ,an abatement is also available of 75% as per Notiication No.13/2012 serial No.7
