20 September 2013 Under manpower service if service provider doesn't have registration whose liability is to pay service Provider's Portion(25%).
IS his portion is required to be paid by service Receiver??
And whether service receiver is able to get the credit of the same???

20 September 2013 If service provider is under SSI exemption then also receiver will pay the service tax @ of 12.36 on the value of 75%.

20 September 2013 1)you mandatorily need to pay service tax under your registration number in cash for 75% of gross amount charged in manpower supply bills,,on payment you can get credit.

2)you not required to pay his part of service tax,,it is his responsibility to do so

if he is having ssi he can enjoy the same,,however your part of liability is independent and need to pay service tax of your part
