15 March 2014 If Educational Institution (University) is service reciever and Service provider is Police Department giving " Security Service " then who is liable to pay service tax on service received ....????
Will reverse charge mechanism apply to this situation ....???

15 March 2014 I asked because in provisions of Reverse charge, there specified AOP/Institutions registered as body corporate.....so my question is whether educational Institution ie university is covered under institution specified in this provision .......
