pla tell under which schedule or which section it is clearly mention about the amount of more than rs 5000 requires the affix of stamp duty

Schedule I, to the Indian Stamp Act 1899, says one-rupee stamp is required to be affixed on any receipt, the amount or value of which exceeds Rs 5,000 w.e.f. 10.09.2004
