Can i file return of A.y 12-13 today. and please guide me about time limits of filing return

YES YOU CAN FILE RETURN OF INCOME FOR FY 2011-12 TILL 31/03/2014.

If I have taxable income in A.Y 09-10 & 10-11 but I have no income income in A.Y 11-12
So,is it mandatory to file return ? or can I file return of A.Y 11-12?

YOU CANT FILE THE RETURN OF INCOME FOR AY 10-11 AND 11-12 AS IT IS TIME BARRED.
IF YOU DON'T HAVE TAXABLE INCOME THEN IT IS NOT COMPULSORY TO FILE BUT ADVISABLE TO FILE RETURN
