I think it may be problem at the time of process of CPC due to the Date of birth mismatch. So send the ITR-V acknowledgment know in case of any problem or objection raised by the CPC then file the rectification return.

Return Should be rectified & revised Accordingly.

Return filed under section 139(4) doesn't allow to file revised return under section 139(5) if you file it then it is invalid. So i doesn't suggested the revised return. In case your return is according to section 139(1) then revised return suggested.
