12 September 2011 Since last 3 year no income tax return is filed. Is it possible to file all 3 years return now ie. in year 2010-11. And if it is not possible then for how many years we can file??

12 September 2011 Can voluntarily file the return for the financial years 2009-10 and 2010-11. Beyond that voluntary filed is not possible being barred by time.

12 September 2011 Thank you sir, can you tell what is the likely due date for both year's return?? Both has NIL tax liabilities..
