sir i can file belated return Ay-2014-2015 up to 31/3/2016 also i can file Ay2015-2016 return original still 31-7-2015? i had doubt whether there should be required to file belated return

Yes you can file belated return u/s 139(4) for AY 2014-15 till 31.03.2016 but subject to a maximum penalty of Rs 5000/- u/s 271F.
Due date of filing of return for AY 2015-16 has been extended upto 31.08.2015.

ITR Forms for AY 2015-16 is under Preparation, they are likely to be available for e-filing by 3rd week of june 2015.

UPDATE:
Order under section 119 of the income tax for assessment year 2015-16 reg. The CBDT in exercise of powers conferred under sec.119 of income tax act,1961, hereby the due date for filling returns in terms of clause(c) of explanation 2 to sub section (1) of section 139 of Income tax act 1961, for assesssment year 2015-16 from July 31,2015 to 31st August 2015 in respect of income tax assessess concerned. (order dated 10th June 2015)
