05 July 2010 a person have income from insurance commission & small business income.in which form he has to file return.

his business is not regd under VAT, Salestax & he have no current A/c only saving a/c in bank. from which he is doing some trading business, there is no account record. he wants to show his income as approx. income tax officer can ask for accounting record or not. pls suggest he should file return or not
