Dear Sir,
I tried to download offline version of Service Tax return utility for 1st half year fy 2013-14.
But at download section I did not find that link. There I see returns till 2nd half year of fy 2012-13.
Please advise me how to download?

Same utility to be used. Its clearly written that "(For Filing ST-3 returns for Half Year Oct-Mar 2013 onwards)".
