A company strike off in the year 2009 by ROC for non-filing of documents.Now the company wants to restore the name.
Last documents filed by the company in ROC for year 2002.
Kindly anyone can help in this matter

Move a petition before the jurisdictional high court u/s 560(6) of the companies act,1956 to restore the name in the register maintained by the ROC.
