Company was registered in 1999 and the current status of the company is dormant we want to make the status active. Do we have to pay penalty for each year from 2005-06 till 2011-12 for non filing of balance sheet and P&L and annual return or from year 1999-2000.

No penalty. Normal as well as additional filing fee has to be paid for filing for those year's for which default occurred.
