13 February 2013 CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF THE RESOLUTION PASSED AT THE MEETING OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF .......... Pvt Ltd HELD AT THE REGISTERED OFFICE OF THE COMPANY ON February 13 , 2013 AT 10 a.m.

“RESOLVED THAT Mr. SATISH MAKAM, Managing Director of the
company ,be and is hereby authorized to apply for Service tax registration number to the Superintendent of service tax ,C- Range, Central Excise Bhavan, Cochin-682017 under section 69 of The Finance Act,1994 (32 of 1994) and rules made there under, from time to time, and to do all such acts, deeds and things and to sign all such papers and documents as may be necessary for giving effect to the above resolution”.

“FURTHER RESOLVED THAT a copy of the foregoing resolution certified to be true by Mr.SATISH MAKAM be issued to the above said authority to act thereon”.
