pls pls provide me with resolution avaling cash credit facility from bank... and pls let me knw board resolution is enough?????
and whether i need to see any limits(provisions) to check or i should go head???

pls its too urgent pls reply????

10 January 2012 Yes for the same only board resolution will be suffice.

But it should within the borrowing powers limits approved by the shareholders under section 293(1)(d).
