additional qualification like B.com/BBA/LLb/MBA/M.Com which is good with CS...

LLB is best along with CS.

If you are doing a job then you have no other option but to opt for B.Com from correspondence. But as you have told you have just passed +2. In my view its time for you to concentrate on your studies rather than opting for a job. In case you do choose a job the job should add value to the your field of study.

It will have an impact as it is a basic qualification, which in my view should be full time. But if you can do CS and LLB after B.Com it might not have a huge impact.
