Then check the date of incorporation from those returns and file the form for change/ correction in PAN.

you have pan no and date of incorporatin, you have to registered himself on
https://incometaxindiaefiling.gov.in/portal/register.do?screen=registerPage1
after registeration, you can download pan no detail from services know your pan.
by this way, you have a valid documents for having PAN.
Now you can file form for correction in PAN
by supproting ITR and pan proof download from IT Site.
