ACIT issued a notice to disallow Service TAx Payable as shown in the liability side of Audited Balance Sheet since there is no mention by the C.A. in Form No.3CD.But the payable amount was paid in time i.e. before the date of Audit Report.Pls. suggest how to reply.

If service tax is not routed through the P & l account, 43B disallowance will not sustain.
