Reply to cpc for intimation u/s 143(1)

Dear professionals
I had filed my IT online return Blated after due date.
Now I have received intimation u/s 143(1) stating that income wrong calculation due to mistakly depreciation mentioned Twice in ITR
even after rectification of above Depriciation no need to pay any aditional tax. nither IT department demanding any tax.
now I am satisfied with the notice of IT.CPC
what action I should take
1. Should I reply to CPC online ?
or
2. If not replying to inatimation is their any consequense ?
3. any other action require ?

it is better to ans the notice n file rectified return to avoid any conseuqnces and why to not to file when there is no tax payable
