03 November 2012 can you tell me that can i adjusted the my last quarter excess vat amount in this quarter whatever i liable to pay.

for example assume my last quarter vat refundable amount was 25000/- and currently this quarter i am liable to pay 30000/-[this 30000/- amount may be possible vat or cst] to government so can i adjusted last quarter excess amount in this quarter pls reply me.

03 November 2012 Excess VAT or CST can be adjusted with in the quarter subject to same financial year. in case last quarter of the financial year need to be show as refund from department, cannot adjust with the first quarter of the next year

30 November 2012 dear mr. ramesh krishnan thank's for solvng my quarry can u tell me one more thing i was fill 2nd qtr return and by mistake i fill wrong 2B means ( a sale bill which actually made on sep 2012 month i had entered that bill in aug 2012 month that's why party reced notice and inform me) so right now the problem is this now i should revised full return 2A+2B and D-VAT 16 or only 2B can you sugges me what should i do................ pls reply as soon as possible
