Renting/hiring of movable proprty for example machinry,tractor trolly etc will be charged to service tax or not ? If yes, plz mention relevant provision/Section

Yes,it is chargeable to service tax .Renting of machinery or any moveable property is covered under the service"Supply of Tangible Goods service".Moreover the same is neither exempted by negative list nor by any exemption notification.
