AN EMPLOYEE IS RESIDING IN A QUARTER, AND A EMPLOYER HAS DEDUCTED RS. 750/- P.M. AS A MAINTENANCE CHAGRGES OF THE QUARTER, IS THE SAID AMOUNT IS DIRECTLY DEDUCTABLE BENEFIT FOR INCOME TAX PURPOSE.

If you are staying in co.. quarter then you will be taxed with RFA perq from that you will get deduction of Rs. 750 p.m.
