09 June 2010 pls tell me what is the treatment in case if employer give rent free accomodation (owned b employer)to employee frv-Rs. 45000/-p.a & cost of furnishing amounts to rs. 90,000.employer also paid Rs. 20,000 towards maintance of house

what is the treatment of Rs. 90000/- for cost of furnishing & Rs. 20000/- towards maintenance of house paid by employer
