pls tell me what is the treatment in case if employer give rent free accomodation (owned b employer)to employee frv-Rs. 45000/-p.a & cost of furnishing amounts to rs. 90,000.employer also paid Rs. 20,000 towards maintance of house

After arriving the valuation of Rent free you need to add 10% per annum cost of furniture and actual maintenance charges paid
