Company name is approved and need a rent agreement for the registered office.
Who will enter into agreement? director?
Actually registered office is of my house and my father is owner. So please clarify

Father's consent letter and latest building tax receipt will suffice for filing form -18.

if the premises is owned by third party then will a consent letter suffice. Also only form 1a has been approved at this stage..how to go about it
