Director/ Promoters names are mentioned in the Memorandum of association when a Company is Formed. Can the name of one of the Directors be removed from the Memorandum at a later date in case the Director has resigned from the Company?

First of all, not MOA ,,, AOA contain the same,,
Now,
If in your AOA, you have mention the name of directors as "Name of First Directors", then fyn, otw you have to alter your AOA as n when there is change in directors of the Company.

So first of all check your AOA, what you have written in you AOA, First Directors / Directors only.
