my client received arrears of pension since 1995-96 onwards amounting to rs. 15 lacs , now he want to get relief but he had never filed income tax return for previous years . hie date of birth is 1 /1/1932

Calculate relief under section 89(1) read along with rule 21A of the IT Rules,1962.
