REPLY AS EARLY AS POSSIBLE

02 April 2012 I suppose you are asking the difference between AOP & BOI.

When ONLY individuals come together to form an association, it is known as Body of Individuals (BOI).

When persons other than individual (firms, companies, etc.) also get involved, then it is known as Association of Persons.
