Under which section we have to file income tax return if the return filed originally is became in valid U/S 139(9)

File it as belated return u/s 139(4).

Again file if as original belated return.

Income tax site is not accepting the return. As it is saying only one return is possible to file U/S 139(4)

Your already filed return is. Valid now so revise return u/s 139(9).
