18 August 2012 My company's name has been changed. So shall i have to issue new share certificate ?

How to print certificate where transfer had already done. ie i have to print new certificate in old name & then write back side of certificate regarding transfer details. ? Please guide

Please check what is the name at the time of issue of share certificate, if old name was at that time then it will be issued in old name.
