14 March 2013 Hi Mr. Ajay,
I throughly read your answer, but one thing is not clear to me. Please clarify.

If, premises owned by Director 'Point(c) Lease/Rent Agreement' is not clear that with whom this agreement is made by the director and any specimen copy of this agreement is attached with your answer, then it will very much helpful for me.

Please solve the problem as your earliest.

Generally the company is going to be incorporated, so it has no power to enter into agreement, so the agreement will be made with director.

In that case, MCA has not clear that a company which is going to incorporate is eligible to enter into agreement for registered office or not.

So on this basis, the all promoter on behalf of the new company enter an agreement with director who owned this property.
