11 February 2014 I have submitted ITR online one of my client. But department has rejected the same due to non receive of ITR V (Acknowledgement). In that file there has some refund. So pls. let me know what I have to do for getting refund from department.

11 February 2014 you need to file a revised return u/s 139(5)now. such return shall be treated as original return only under 139(4). once the revised return is processed, tax refund, if any, shall be granted.
