Is Auditor eligible to get the reimbusement fees of filing 23B from Company? If yes, where is the eligibilty given as a rule????

In general cannot claim it as reimbursement

it is the responsibility of auditor to intimate about his appointment to ROC with in 30 days of intimation received from company about its appointment

however if you intimated to auditor with delay obviously he will collect those penalties suffered by him from you only

If there is default by co first and due to which the auditor suffers and pays the additional amount then as rightly suggested by ganeshbabu he will impose penalty on co.
