Regularization of Addl. director

In one of the Companies, an addl. director has not been regularised as a director at AGM so to rectify that can we conduct an EGM before the AGM and file a back dated F- 32 for change in designation and regularise the director.

Yes Rupal you can use this option. File a back dated form 32.
