22 June 2017 Sir, Mr. A is located in Gujarat and Mr. A buy a product from Mr. B in Mumbai on payment of tax for export to outside India, on the direction of Mr. A, delivery given up to Mumbai port by Mr. B. Is the Mr. A is required a another registration in Mumbai and what location shall be the place of supply of goods.
