I am doing a business and registered under GST . Now I want to start a new small business estimated turnover below 20 lakh and I do not wish to add two business together.
Sir my query is:
There will be any problem if I do not take a fresh registration for new business ?

04 August 2018 it depends, if you are a partner for that concern no need to take GST registration bcus the turnover below 20 lakhs, so aggregate turn over for the new business below 20 lakhs no need to take a GST registration.

04 August 2018 sorry its a PAN based registration, so you consolidate the Turnover and file the GST, and compulsory GST bill raise to the customer using that registered GST number and also avail the Input tax credit for that plastic bag purchases and whatever the Inputs related to you take ITC, except Hotel food bills/
