Registration of digital signature

13 September 2011 IF the assessee is expired then whose digital signature should be uploaded? Because i had uploaded the Digital signature of the assessee' son but it is showing error of mismatch of PAN?? what should i do??

20 September 2011 Upload the assessee's PAN and not his son's. File the return in the name of the assessee only.

20 September 2011 But the assessee is under tax audit u/s 44ab so it is compulsory to sign digitally but how can we get the digital signature certificate of the person who expired?? so we have digital signature of the assessee's son? is there any other way to alter the verification or signatory in incometaxindia website?
