I am planning to extend my proprietorship business further,we are a small electrical contractor doing some small jobs related to electrical services works, this year we have done job of approx 10 Lac, now we want to enlarge my business further, presently we are not having any documents like service tax registrations, labours insurance,pan card for company etc etc., kindly tell me step by step procedure to generate such documents, also tell me time & expenses require to generate these documents.. awaiting for your valuable advice.

02 February 2015 first and foremost you have to apply for PAN card, as pan cars is mandatory for any registration in gov dept.
then open a current A/c in name of company after that go for profession tax and service tax registration

03 February 2015 For Pan Card
you need date of Birth Proof for getting registered as Proprietor firm based and address proof
for getting registered as company you need ROC company incorporation Certificate

for Service Tax Registartion
1) PAN Card Copy
2) Bank Cancel Chq.
3) Place Of Business add proof (Elect Bill, Soc. maint receipt, leave & lic. agreement)
