In case of new company, if the form is being certified by a practicing professional, only one name is to be entered. which application form is requried to be filled

You are talking about Form-1A for application of name availability. Yes, if the Form-1A is not signed by the applicant and signed by profession then you can give only one proposed name in Form-1A and if applicant sign such form then you can file 6 name in order in Form-1A.
