Anybody has any solutions for registration a foreign company in India who want to set up a branch office in India.
1. What will be the procedure of registration of company to MCA?
2. Whether the company will be register by its original name or it will have to take a new name in India?
3. Which documents and how many copies would be required for the same?
4. If all the documents are submitted in English language than this documents would be certified by whom?
5. What will be the annual Compliance of this company after registration as a foreign company?
6. What will be the fees, expenses and time required for all this process?
7. Also suggest the name of consultant who can complete the work?

1. Before registration with ROC, you need RBI approval for setting up the branch. Only after RBI approval, ROC registration can start.
2. You shall register in the same name
3. Documents translated in English need to be attested by Indian embassy or notary public in the country of registration.
