A limited company (registered in service tax and PAN No. allotted) running its another unit at other place..
1. whether it is required to register for new PAN no.?
2. it can be registered via PAN of limited company

PAN is all over India only one for one company
Under service tax with the same number you can do centralised registration with adding the other place also

No. only one pan is allowed. However, if services are being provided from another location, you do separate registration or go for centralized registration.
