Can anyone say difference b/w (1)Tax Avoidance (2) Tax evasion

Tax avoidance is like tax management where you take shelter of provisions of law to aviid tax thereby reducing tax liability whereas tax evasion is unfair means adapted to evade tax. Tax avoidance is legal but tax evasion is illegal.
