What is the date of Depositing TDS Collected on 31st March?

Due date of deposit for the month of march is 7th april.
For Tds deducted on provision made on 31st march due date is 31st may.
From Fy 2010-11 due date for deposit of March (1st to 31st total) is 30th april.
