Sir,previous year FY 2019-20,I have deposited excess TDS amount u/s 194C.Now can i adjust this excess amount the the year 2020-21(for whole year)under other head or same head?please guide me...

Yes, you can adjust this excess amount in the year 2020-21(for whole year)under other head or same head. You have to include the challan number.
