Regarding reverse charge in service tax

19 February 2014 Dear Friends,

one Bill is coming legal & professional charges amount rs.50000/-.in this bill service tax is not charged by creditor.i want to deposit service tax on (50000*12.36%)=6180/-.
can you please tell me which accounting head i deposit service tax.
