27 November 2012 hello sir,
I want to ask that if someone pan no. is not mentioned in their TDS certificate due some clerical mistake which is done by bank.so just tell me about the procedure how can i get me refund from ITO.

27 November 2012 Please check whether the TDS amount is appearing in Form 26AS. You can check the same by registering on e-filing website.

If the TDS amount is appearing in Form 26AS, you will get the refund.

However, if it is not appearing then you will have to request the bank to file a revised TDS return and correct the same. Only then refund shall be granted.
