PF employer contribution is part of CTC or Excluded from CTC. please clarify my doubt.

22 April 2014 Dear sir,

if we offered 300000 CTC TO AN EMPLOYEE IN THAT EMPLOYEE SHARE OF CONTRIBUTION WE WILL DEDUCT AND COMPANY CONTRIBUTION NOT TO BE DEDUCT FROM THIS CTC. IS IT CORRECT SIR?

22 April 2014 when you say that CTS is Rs 3 lakhs, it also includes employer contribution.

23 April 2014 it depend on company to company.

but mostly company include in part of CTC.

23 April 2014 Rupesh the concept of CTC is all about cost to company. If any company doesn't include it, it only reflects poor understanding on it part.

24 April 2014 Dear Nikhil sir

the employee contribution to pf is company will deduct from his earnings and employer contribution not to be deduct from employee's salary is it correct for example employee gross salary 15000/- pm
in that employee contribution to pf is 780/- on 6500/- max wage ceiling and the remaining amount is 14220/- will be paid to employee and the employer contribution 780/- is obligation to employer and that amount will not deduct from employee earnings. Please clarify my doubt.
